Proprietary Materials and Authenticator Technologies

At the core of our secured authentication system is our underlying proprietary materials, specifically our Conductive Nano-Quantum composite coating. This coating, as its name implies, is built on our electrically conductive composite nano-particle and quantum-dot platform. This material, when combined in our proprietary recipe, has the ability to ‘grow’ structures that are uncontrolled and 100% unique. No two structures are ever the same, nor can they be copied – even we cannot generate an identical structure!

This unique property lends itself perfectly for use in all types of authentication applications. The material is extremely robust, and can be used to create authentication tags on a variety of substrates, including transparent tags. Further, because the structures are built from our nano-particle quantum dot materials, the structure is not visible to the naked eye,   When a transparent substrate is used, the entire tag can then be unobtrusive and generally ‘invisible’.

Using our proprietary authenticator, the 100% unique identifier that is embedded within the nano-structure, as well as, the tag itself, can be authenticated. Using any existing or proprietary Blockchain or encryption system back-end  completes an entire Physical Asset catalog system.

Our CiNQ material is extremely thin, and mechanically flexible, so it can be used in a variety of tag-stack designs depending on what works best for your authentication application. Total thickness can be as low as 200um total, and as small as 1cm x 1cm.

By using a QR Code layer in the stack-up, you can also implement a web-based ‘Quick Verification’ process that allows access via any mobile phone with an internet connection.  Quick Verification allows you to easily access a product landing page that contains information related to the exact & specific item that is being scanned.

QR-Code based Quick-Verification can be very useful to quickly confirm an item, or to match a specific  authentication tag with its related item in  applications that require unattached authentication tags.
